Scene hair and emo-type hairstyles seem to go best with skinny jeans. But you could also play it up new with it being '09 and all. Skinny jeans are becoming the norm so you could do new styles with it. Create a large afro and wear a skater hat right smack dab in the middle. It'd look pretty retro to me. lol

Anything messy and slightly longer than that godawful gelled thing some people have would work. Long or shaggy hair seems to go quite well- something like an emo haircut perhaps.
