The swoops near the face seem a bit distracting and seem as though they would make the face look really narrow. Might depend on the face shape, but i don't believe this hairstyle is handsome.
I'm sorry to say my friend that the style in the picture has been phased out along with the boy bands of the 90s.
He kind of looks like Leonardo de Caprio lol. But anyways, no his hair looks too oily.
