if u have a small roundish head i would do something not too short with some length in the top (to make your head seem bigger). don't grow it out..it will accentuate the roundness.
I would do like the answer below mine then, spike it with GEL and it will look awesome!
a bowl cut is the best or just get a buzz cut.
